Dimple Jacketed Tank

The following types of dimple jacketed tanks are manufactured:-

• The tanks are having SS inner shell followed buy dimple jacketed layer suitable for circulation of steam/hot water/chilled water.These tanks are finally insulated followed buy SS outer cover.
• One can have choice of having these tanks with agitator,mixer or scrapper.
• Even it is possible to have these tanks with agitator,mixer or scrapper.
• Even it is possible to have these tanks with two speed agitator cum scrapper moving in opposite directions ,provision can be made for two speed mixer.
• All tanks  are fixed type support on tubular legs.
• Similar way the tanks can also be supplied with flat/conical/dished end bottom/ and top with loose cover/fixed cover.
• In case of tanks the inner shell is provided with dimple jacket suitable for circulation of steam/hot/cold water.
• The dimple jacket tanks are tested at 6 bar hence one need not use syphon for draining the liquid in the jacket.
